Los Angeles Times – Students will read the LA Times Travel section and write a position piece on one article.  Each student will identify key constructs/concepts from hospitality and tourism and discuss these concepts.  The positioning piece should also include the students opinion of the article e.g. accuracy, the inclusion of relevant and important information, agreement with what is written, likelihood of ideas success, etc. Opinions should be supported by relevant points from the article.
