Kotters 8 steps of change focus on introducing organizational change and on managing resistance to change while encouraging buy-in by the applicable constituents which in the case of health care organizations includes both medical and nonmedical staff and employees, the board of directors, patients, and so on. Focusing on a change that you would like to make in your organization, share the reason for the change and whether these 8 steps will be applicable or not.
