This essay is about the controversial topic of the Arkansas state flag.  My solution is to change the star on the flag to represent the Native Americans in that state, instead of the confederacy.  I wrote the topic proposal so that can be included. Make sure to answer ALL the questions required.  This is a final exam grade and I got a 60 from this website, so please be thorough.
