The aim of the paper is to compare the economic policies of the the populist regimes Juan Peron and  Getulio Vargas. Seeing that I have to to use the Chicago style referencing footnotes and endnotes are a must. Ive been having a difficult time with this paper so all the help is needed. I need a well formulated Introduction with historical background and a strong thesis.
