This chapter contains two important documents that students should read carefully. The first document is the Risk Management Plan Guidance. This document contains an overview of the assessment artefact; guidance on what to include in the plan, including a report structure; general questions to consider; and the fake/dummy OASys risk assessment. The second document is the OASys risk assessment on it’s own.
