Develop a PowerPoint slide or pamphlet that describes your idea for a Workplace-based Program. (Your text describes a workplace-based program on pp. 52-53.)  Be creative and design your own program.  Your slide/pamphlet needs to be creative and detailed, and include all information needed for an individual to decide whether he/she wants to participate.  Please explain to what stage of readiness your program applies, and why you selected this particular stage to address.
