Choose a video that is at least 50 minutes long, or a student recital.
Make sure that there are a number of pieces to listen.
Take notes on the compositions – composer, genre, etc. – and research them a little bit
Write a paper describing each piece, and then giving a review: your personal opinion on each piece.
Final project should be at least 600 words
