Week 3 Module 2 – Discussion: Conflict

For this Discussion Board, we will be discussing conflict and how it infiltrates various aspects of our lives. Answer both parts under one post.

1) Briefly describe a conflict in which you were involved. How did you handle yourself? How did the others involved handle it? Discuss whether outcomes were positive or negative and how strategies identified in the readings may have been used.

2) What have you found to be the most difficult part of handling conflict? What strategies from the readings are you planning to try when you encounter your next conflict?
