This paper (minimum of 1250 words, with a maximum of 1500 words allowed). Requires you to identify a leader and analyze his or her style in terms that link with the materials covered in the course.
I am particularly interested in a comparative analysis of transactional vs. transformational characteristics, and information on the leader’s tendency to use manipulation vs. inspiration, motivational style, etc.  You may also wish to use some of the basic principles of Emotional Intelligence to inform your analysis.  There are also plenty of other leadership frameworks in the literature that you may wish to apply.  You are NOT limited to using only those leadership frameworks discussed in class.
You have a free choice of leader, but you must choose someone of either historical, fictional or business significance who has had or does have a meaningful public profile.
